Students who graduate from Tom Savini’s Special Make-up Effects Program are some of the most ambitious, creative and talented artists in the world. So it’s no surprise that many of them have found success competing on SyFy Channel’s make-up competition show “FaceOff.” Through its thirteen seasons, twenty-eight students from the Savini program have been featured on the hit cable show, with both Cig Neutron and Nora Hewitt winning seasons 11 and 9 respectively, as well as several others finishing as runners-up.
