Permanent Make-up and Lashing
DIPLOMA PROGRAM
This program is designed to train students in advanced techniques for lashing as well as the application of permanent makeup to the eyes, brows, and lips. Throughout the program, students will utilize proper safety and sanitation procedures while also understanding the various applications for these techniques on a particular client. This program also covers marketing strategies and self-employment topics for those interested in starting their own businesses or enhancing their current career in cosmetology/esthetics and/or makeup.
Students applying to this program must carry a valid license in Esthetics, General Cosmetology or Cosmetology Teacher.

ADVANCED COSMETIC TECHNIQUES
Course Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of permanent makeup, as well as the ability to effectively offer permanent makeup services to the public.
- Describe the proper techniques and safety measures for all permanent makeup procedures discussed.
- Discuss marketing and employment techniques of the permanent makeup industry.
Instructional Strategies: Lecture, demonstrations, case studies, visual examples, critiques, group discussions, quiz assessments, and practical applications.
ADVANCED EYELASH TECHNIQUES
Course Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Describe the proper techniques and safety measures for lash application
- Apply eyelash fillers and sets of various types and styles.
Instructional Strategies: Lecture, demonstrations, case studies, visual examples, critiques, group discussions, quiz assessments, and practical applications.
Students applying to this program must carry a valid license in Esthetics, General Cosmetology or Cosmetology Teacher.
